Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Cattaneo Enterprises ("we") for the Natural Homes website at naturalhomes.com. Using the site, buying a guide or consultation, subscribing to a listing, or sending a form means you accept them.

The site

The articles, directory, and product notes are educational. They are not medical advice, legal advice, or an engineering stamp. Health questions belong with a clinician. A house with a safety problem belongs with a licensed person who can see it.

Directory listings

A practitioner may submit a listing and choose a Basic plan at $29 per month or a Featured plan at $79 per month. Payment is a Stripe subscription that renews until you cancel. Checkout is hosted by Stripe. We review every new listing and every claim of an unclaimed profile before it is public. We may edit for length and clarity, refuse a listing, or remove one that is inaccurate, misleading, or no longer paid.

A public listing requires both our approval and an active or past-due subscription, unless it is an unclaimed reference profile we prepared from a public source. Canceling or failing to pay removes the paid listing from public view. The current month is not prorated. Manage the subscription in the Stripe billing portal.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. A listing is not a promise of leads, revenue, or a particular ranking beyond the Featured sort. We do not publish ratings or reviews. Unclaimed profiles are informational. They are not recommendations, and they are not paid placements.

Consultations

The virtual consultation is $249 for one home. It includes a video call of about 75 minutes and a written priority list. It is an educational conversation about the building. It is not medical care, a diagnosis, a code inspection, or a licensed mold, electrical, or environmental assessment. You provide accurate information about the house. We schedule by writing to the email you submit. If we have not delivered the consult, the refund policy explains how to ask for the fee back.

The guide

The room-by-room guide is $39, paid once. After payment we unlock it in your browser with a private cookie, and the checkout return link can sign a browser in again. The license is personal. You may not copy the guide for sale, post it publicly, or share your access as a product. A refund under the refund policy ends the license and we revoke access.

Referrals

The builder and realtor form stores a request. If we introduce you to a professional, we may receive a referral fee from that professional. The fee does not change the price they quote you unless they tell you otherwise in writing. You may hire anyone. An introduction is not a warranty of their license, their work, or a completed sale. We may have no one to suggest in your area, and we will say so.

The dream home tool

The page at /build draws a house from choices you make and shows a cost range. The range is an estimate built from published averages. It is not a bid, a contract, or a promise of a price. Land is not included. A photograph on that page, when the image service is available, is a picture generated from those choices. It is not a construction drawing. If you send the design to the builder form, we store that description with your request.

Shop and affiliate links

Product pages link to other companies. We do not sell those goods, set their prices, or handle their shipping and returns. Some links are affiliate links. Read the affiliate disclosure. A product description on our site is a neutral summary. The seller's page is the source for current specifications.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Prices on the site are in U.S. dollars and can be changed for future purchases. A subscription stays on the price you accepted until it is changed under Stripe's rules.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms, attempt to break into the admin area, scrape the site in a way that degrades it, or submit someone else's business as if it were yours.

Liability

The site is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Cattaneo Enterprises is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make about a house, a product, or a professional you hire. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Law

These terms follow the laws of the United States and of the state where Cattaneo Enterprises has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the new version. The refund, privacy, and affiliate pages are part of the agreement.
