Cattaneo Enterprises operates Natural Homes. This page explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it.

Information you give us

Directory applications include a business name, your name, an email, an optional phone, a website, services, a location, and a description. Consultation requests include your contact details, a few facts about the house, and your notes. Guide checkout includes an email. Referral and contact forms include the fields on those forms. We store these in our database so we can review them and reply.

Payments

Stripe processes payments. Stripe receives the payment details, the email used at checkout, and the amount. We store Stripe identifiers such as a customer id, subscription id, or checkout session id, the payment status, and the email. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe's own privacy policy describes how Stripe handles payment data.

The dream home page

If you render a photograph, we send the house choices to an image model through Vercel's AI Gateway. We may store that picture, keyed by the choices, so the same design is not drawn twice. The picture is not tied to your name unless you also send the design through the builder form. We use the network address only in memory, and only to limit how often pictures can be requested. We do not write that address into the database.

Cookies

The admin area sets a cookie so a signed-in editor stays signed in. After you buy the guide, we set a cookie so that browser can open it. Both cookies are HTTP-only. We do not run a third-party advertising network on this site. Affiliate links take you to another site, which may set its own cookies under its own policy.

How we use information

We use it to provide the listing, consultation, guide, or introduction you asked for, to prevent abuse, and to keep financial records. If you ask for a builder or realtor introduction, we may share the details of that request with the professional we introduce. We do not sell personal information.

Where it is stored

The site is hosted on Vercel. The database is Postgres, intended to run on Neon. Those companies process data on our behalf to host the service.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions, purchase records, and listing records for as long as we need them to run the service, handle a refund or a dispute, and meet accounting duties. You can ask us to delete a message or a listing request. We may retain a record of a completed payment where we need it for tax or fraud prevention.

Your requests

To ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion, use the contact form with the email you used before. We will reply to that email.

Children

The site is written for adults making decisions about houses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page.
