Refund policy

This policy covers payments made to Cattaneo Enterprises on Natural Homes. Ask for a refund through the contact form and include the email you used at checkout.

The guide

You may ask for a refund within 14 days of payment. We refund the guide fee and turn off access to the paid chapters. After 14 days the sale is final.

The consultation

If we have not held the call, you can ask for a full refund. If the call has happened, the fee is final. If we cancel and do not reschedule, we refund the fee.

Directory subscriptions

Basic and Featured listings are monthly subscriptions. You can cancel anytime in the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. We do not prorate or refund the current month. If we refuse a new listing before it ever goes public, we refund that first payment.

Products on other sites

Filters, mattresses, paints, meters, and lab kits are sold by their own companies. Their refund and shipping rules apply. We cannot refund a purchase we did not take.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks can take several days to show the credit.
